Chelsea developed a loved of horses, and in particular Standardbreds, from an early age but  shrugged off a serious personal health challenge later in life. Her engaging story features in the second episode of the Victorian Harness Racing Club’s newest project - “At The Heart Of It” - shining the spotlight on our industry’s female participants.
