NOTICE TO MEMBERS

The Annual General Meeting of the Victorian Harness Racing Club will be held in the Breeders Crown Room at Tabcorp Park, 2 Ferris Road Melton Vic on Saturday 19 November 2022 at 5.00pm.

Business

  1. To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Club held on 28 February 2022.
  2. To receive and consider the Chairman’s Report.
  3. To receive and consider the Annual Financial Statements and Auditors Report.
  4. To elect three (3) Board Members plus any casual vacancies that may arise in accordance with the Rules.
  5. Overview of Proposed New VHRC Owners Room at Tabcorp Park Melton which is currently under Construction and Expected to Open in early 2023.
  6. Presentation of recognition badges to 30 and 40 year members and 50 year plaques by the Committee.
  7. General business.

The Members Happy Hour will be conducted immediately after the conclusion of the AGM at 6pm and complimentary finger food and beverages will be served through until 7pm.

Anyone interested in nominating for one of the Board positions available should request a nomination form from Susan Hunter our Administration Officer, via membership@vhrc.org.au or by phoning 0408 570 197 (please leave a message). Persons being nominated for a Board position must have returned a completed and appropriately signed nomination form to membership@vhrc.org.au no later than 5pm on Wednesday 16 November 2022.
